Kris Pelow, AIA, NCARB has worked as a licensed architect in Florida for over a decade, working his way through the industry as a draftsman and designer. His work has spans various industries including hospitality, retail, industrial, senior living and multi-family developments, restaurants, airports, and healthcare projects, in addition to civil projects like fire stations, courthouses, park pavilions, county buildings, and education facilities. He’s worked with some notable brands, like Hilton, Marriott, Bealls, Verizon, Geico, and Fyzical, bringing a detail-oriented, innovative mindset to each project he works on.

A graduate of the New York Institute of Technology, his introduction to the industry was in residential drafting before working his way to national commercial architect. In 2017, Kris graduated with a Master’s Degree in Architecture from Boston Architectural College where he won a Thesis Commendation Award and a national leadership medal for his work.
